Here's a white gown of 100% cotton, which is worn by girls participating in the Scandinavian/Swedish celebration of the St. Lucia holiday. There's elastic at the 3/4-length sleeves, and a single button at the opening in back. The shape is slightly A-line. There's a nice collar with eyelet trim around it. Included is a shiny satin red ribbon sash measuring 1-1/2" by 118" (almost 10 feet). The ribbon goes around the waist and gets tied in a long bow at the front. Here are size guidelines:

XS - front chest 16", back 29"
S - front chest 17", back 37"
M - front chest 18", back 43-1/2"
L - front chest 19", back 52"
