I'm a Dane, and I love good, traditional Danish food.  This is, to me, the best Danish cookbook on the market.  I highly recommend it.  It has everything you could possibly want, made the way your grandmother did.  It includes smørrebrød and beverages, bread and rolls, entrees, side dishes and sups, desserts, cakes, and cookies.  Nice glossy pages with oodles of color photos. 176 pages.  11" by 8-3/4". Hardcover with dustjacket.  Fabulous!
